Susan
Willett Bird, Esq., is Founder and CEO of Wf360, LLC, a global
source for the promotion of world class leadership through
interactive dialogue. Wf360 assists corporate clients with
dispersed workforces by developing customized conversations
of all sizes from small single site and multi-location
dialogues to large-scale global programs delivered simultaneously
via multi-media that result in actionable solutions
for a variety of business challenges. Wf360s blue-chip
roster of clients and strategic partners includes Accenture,
IBM, Maytag, WalMart, DuPont, Dow, Alcoa, Starbucks, the New
York Stock Exchange, the Financial Times, Verizon, and others.
An expert on the formation of business alliances, Ms. Bird
has served as President of American Mediation Council, LLC,
and enjoyed a distinguished career in the real estate investment
industry, as a senior officer with Grubb & Ellis Company
and later with her own firm.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Bird practiced law at Pillsbury,
Madison & Sutro in San Francisco, with an emphasis on
corporate litigation as well as representation of corporate
clients in various stages of growth, from startup to mature
organizations.
Ms. Bird is a Founding Member and former Chair of the Committee
of 200, the pre-eminent organization of women business leaders;
a member of the prestigious International Womens Forum
representing 3000 women leaders worldwide; a member of the
Womens Leadership Board of the Kennedy School of Government
at Harvard University; and a member of the International Council
for the Kilby International Awards. She received her law degree
from Stanford Law School, where she was a member of Law Review.
Ms. Bird recently facilitated the MainEvent Middle East RoadShow
in Dubai, Cairo and Amman, as well as the Asia/Pacific RoadShow
in Japan, China, Singapore and Australia. She is a frequent
speaker on leadership, the power of conversation as a strategic
business tool, entrepreneurship, the formation of business
alliances, and the role of women business leaders. She has
spoken at numerous seminars and conferences including those
sponsored by the World Economic Forum, Young Presidents Organization,
Yale Business School, Stanford Law School, London Business
School, Harvard Business School, the United States Department
of Labor, the Nikkei Forum of Business Executives (Tokyo),
the WIN program (Italy), and others. She has been featured
in numerous print articles, including the Wall Street Journal,
New York Times, Newsweek, Inc., Business Week, New York Woman,
Crains New York Business, Venture, Glamour Italy, USA
Today and The Australian Financial Review, and has participated
in numerous radio and television interviews, including appearances
on ABC, CBS, CNNfn, FNN, Reuters Japan and CNBC.
Among her many honors, she is especially proud of receiving
the Crains New York Business Award for Success and Leadership
in Business as well as the "Life of the City Award"
from New York Woman magazine saluting her for extraordinary
business achievement.
Ms. Bird resides in Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband,
John R. Campbell. Among other interests, she cites as most
memorable her co-producing the Broadway show, Jellys
Last Jam, and the fact that she joined her family in skydiving
from 13,000 feet.

John has twenty-five years of experience in risk management,
commercial banking and administrative and project management
both in the United States and abroad - the perfect background
for someone who keeps track of all the ins and outs of a global,
interactive, event-based start-up like Wf360. John has been
key to bringing the vision for Wf360 into reality.
Prior to joining Wf360, John's financial career included several
years with J.P. Morgan & Co., serving as a senior risk management
executive during the Latin American debt crisis, managing
Morgan's Buenos Aires Regional Office for three years shortly
after the Malvinas War, and taking senior project management
responsibilities for the construction of Morgan's $800+ million
headquarters complex completed in 1990. He joined Credit Suisse
in New York in 1991 and was put in charge of a series of credit
lending units, and was named Head of Commercial Banking -
North America in 1996. After the merger with First Boston,
John was appointed Chief of Staff to the Global Head of Commercial
Banking for the firm, until his retirement in May 1999. He
holds a bachelors degree from Georgetown University and an
M.B.A. from Columbia University. Prior to commencing his banking
career, John served four years in the United States Marine
Corps, including duty as a company commander in the Republic
of South Vietnam.
