The Center for Executive Women is a research education and resource Center whose mission is to understand and address the barriers to women achieving Board seats and CEO positions of Fortune 1000 companies.
The Center has launched a Women Director Development Program geared for senior executive women and women already on boards of smaller companies who aim to serve on Fortune 1000 Boards. The Center is also initiating a large-scale research initiative to study the best practices in retaining, advancing, and developing talented women.
